The Three Phase Processus Consulting Process

Assessment Phase:

Initial Session: (Current consultation rate applies)
Meet with a Processus consultant to discuss needs
Consultant may need to interview individual employees or conduct "focus groups" in your organization to arrive at a clear sense of the issues at hand
The consultant prepares and presents a written proposal outlining steps Processus would carry out.

Action Phase: Upon your approval, step one of the proposal is implemented by Processus.

Evaluation Process: After each step, you and Processus jointly decide to continue, revise, delay or end the process.
